Steellogy manufactures industrial knives and cutting parts in its own facility in the Świętokrzyskie region, Poland. Cutting, machining, heat treatment and grinding are carried out in-house; the approved drawing or specification defines the finished part.

Steellogy is a manufacturer of industrial knives and cutting parts based in Kielce, Poland. Our production facility in the Świętokrzyskie region has been making industrial knives since 1986; the Steellogy brand was established in 2020 to serve industrial customers across Europe. Every part is made to a customer drawing or reproduced from a worn sample; we do not sell from a catalogue. Cutting, machining, heat treatment and grinding take place in our own production facility, so dimensions and hardness are controlled by the same team responsible for delivery.
We supply six industries across the EU: wood, paper, metal, tobacco, food and recycling. The parts differ, but the process remains the same. We review the drawing or sample, confirm the material, hardness and geometry, manufacture the part, inspect it against the drawing and prepare it for dispatch.

Inspection and dispatch
Ground, measured and signed off in-house.
Heat treatment is carried out in our own facility rather than subcontracted. The same team is responsible for heat treatment, grinding and the finished part, without hand-offs between different companies.
Each batch follows the same process: grinding to the drawing, dimensional inspection and hardness measurement on a representative finished part before dispatch. Repeat orders use the same approved drawing and agreed process parameters.
