About us

A knife workshop that answers for the whole part.

Steellogy manufactures industrial knives and cutting tools to customer drawings. Cutting, machining, heat treatment and grinding happen under one roof in Kielce, Poland — so one workshop is accountable for dimensions, hardness and delivery date.

What we make

Made to your drawing, not to a catalogue.

Steellogy is a manufacturer of industrial knives and cutting parts, based in Kielce, Poland, with 30 years on the market. Every part is made to a customer drawing or reproduced from a worn sample — we do not sell from a catalogue. Cutting, machining, heat treatment and grinding happen in our own production hall, so dimensions and hardness are controlled by the same people who answer for the delivery.

We supply six industries — wood, paper, metal, tobacco, food and recycling — with deliveries across the EU. The part types differ; the process does not: drawing or sample in, analysis of material, hardness and geometry, production, inspection against the drawing, dispatch.

How an order runs

Four stages, one point of contact.

01
Enquiry
Drawing, sample part or machine model — whichever you have. We come back with open questions before we quote, not after.
02
Quotation
Two working days. Material, hardness, tolerances and lead time stated on the offer, not left to the order confirmation.
03
Production
Cutting, machining, heat treatment and grinding on our own floor. One workshop answers for the whole part.
04
Inspection and dispatch
Dimensional check and hardness measurement per batch, with the results kept on file under your order number.
Own production floor

Ground, measured and signed off in-house.

Heat treatment is done in our own plant, not subcontracted. The furnace that sets the hardness and the grinder that sets the edge stand on the same floor, run by the team that answers for the finished part — no hand-offs between companies, no gap in the batch record.

Every batch is finished the same way: ground to the drawing, checked dimensionally, hardness-measured on a representative part, and signed off before dispatch. The inspection record stays on file under your order number, so a repeat order starts from documented values, not from memory.
